Help us with community maintenance
Posted on Feb 27th, 2026
We are working with Brazoria County to repair all the leaning and faded street signs in the area. Due to the large size of the community, this can take time to assess each street and build the list of repairs needed. This is where we are asking for your help! If you see any street signs in need of repair in your neighborhood or the surrounding areas, please send us a photo and location details including cross streets to SilverlakeHOA@crest-managment.com. This will help expedite the process to continue maintaining the safety and beauty of the community for all.
Walking Trail Benches Memorial Dedications

Dear Silverlake HOA Residents,
Walking Trail Benches Memorial Dedications
The Board has approved the addition of 15 new walking trail benches along CR 94, CR 90, Magnolia Parkway, Southwyck Parkway, and Bailey Avenue. These benches are designed to enhance walkability and provide welcoming rest points along some of Silverlake’s most frequently traveled corridors. Homeowners will have the opportunity to purchase memorial plaque dedications for these benches, offering a meaningful way to honor loved ones while contributing to shared community spaces. The benches themselves are being installed this week. The plaques will be installed next month.
We are so appreciative of the support from this community. All bench memorial plaques have been claimed.
