Silverlake Homeowners Association, Inc. has been formed as a means of assuring the continued maintenance and upkeep of the Silverlake subdivision, as well as to provide for the enforcement of deed restrictions and to ultimately protect property values.
The Associations' primary responsibilities revolve around protecting and enhancing property values. They work diligently to maintain the common areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and visually appealing. Additionally, the Associations enforce deed restrictions to preserve the community's overall aesthetics and uphold the established standards. Thank you to all the creative and festive residents who participated in this year’s Holiday Home Decorating Contest! The entries are in, and you all have voted for your favorite holiday display!
We’ve showcased the amazing efforts of our residents, from twinkling lights to dazzling ornaments and magical winter wonderlands. Please take a moment to browse through the photos. Your vote has crowned the winner of a $100 gift card 3014 Brookview Drive with 29 votes! The race was close with 3114 Chappelwood coming in second with 26 votes.

2024 Breakfast with Santa - A Heartwarming Success!
We are thrilled to share the joy and excitement of our recent Breakfast with Santa event, held on December 7, 2024. With an incredible turnout of 900 attendees, it was a festive celebration that truly embodied the spirit of the season and brought our community together in a wonderful way.
Congratulations to Victoria Powell, the winner of our Cookie Bake-Off with her delicious Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies! Your culinary talent added a delightful touch to the festivities.
A highlight of the event was the overwhelming generosity shown toward Toys for Tots. Thanks to your support, we successfully collected an impressive 5 boxes of toys! These contributions will undoubtedly bring smiles to many children's faces this holiday season. Additionally, we are proud to announce that the board has approved an extra $1000 donation to Toys for Tots, reinforcing our commitment to giving back and supporting meaningful causes.

Exciting News: Stonebridge Park Remodel!
We are thrilled to announce that Stonebridge Park, located at 9903 Bailey Rd, Manvel, Texas, is getting a complete makeover! After months of planning and collaboration, the Board of Directors and Management are proud to share the details of the newly designed park.

The park will feature new handicap accessible playground equipment, including:

- Freedom Swing
- Konnection Swing
- Tot Swings
Additional Upgrades:
- Brand new furnishings including tables, benches, trash cans
- New shade structures over the benches
- Upgraded baseball backstop and soccer goal nets

UPDATE: January 17, 2025
Stonebridge Park will be temporarily closed effective now until January 31st due to ongoing concrete repair work. The park will be inaccessible, as we are redoing the driveway and walkways to enhance safety and improve the park's overall appearance. For the safety of all residents, the park should not be used until the work is completed. We appreciate your patience.
Stonebridge Park Grand Opening Event will be scheduled for early April!
