Need help with the Amenity Access App?
Posted on May 7th, 2026
Dear Silverlake HOA Residents,

We are so excited about the amenity access app going LIVE last week! But with any big change, there are always some problems that may arise. See the steps below if you are still experiencing any of these issues.

1. You haven't received your email from PDK:
You should receive an email from PDK (Pro Data Key) with a link to download the app. Please only download on the device you plan to use for the amenity access and do not forward the email as each registered email on file gets a unique link. As we had thousands of emails go out last week, many may need to be resent. If you believe you have completed all the required steps and just haven't received your email. Please check your spam folder and then reach out to the Silverlake office via call or email to confirm your address on file is correct. We will request the access company to resend your email link!

2. You have the PDK app but the tab inside says Demo Unit instead of Silverlake HOA (New System):
You may be registered to the incorrect system. Reach out to the Silverlake office via call or email. We will contact the access company to update to the new system!

3. You sent in your information but have not completed the items required:
If you have not returned the signed indemnity form or submitted proof of identity via a copy of your ID or visual verification of your ID your registration is not complete. If you did not give unique emails for each person registering, they will not get an email until that is submitted. Please follow the instructions below or reach out to the Silverlake office via call or email for assistance. If you only want your card reactivated, the process is the same. You will still need to submit the form, sign the indemnity form, and submit proof of identity. Just disregard the amenity app email when you receive it. If you have not already completed the registration your card will no longer work.
Silverlake HOA staff will be onsite at the pool Saturday, 5/9 from 10am-2pm to assist with new amenity app signups.

4. You need to sign up for Amenity Access or reactivate your card(s):
To complete this registration:
  • Download Form Here
  • Return the completed form including anyone in your household 14 or older you would like access to the app (Each resident must have their own email address to register).
  • Return the signed and completed Indemnification agreement
  • Driver's license copy for each adult (copy may be emailed or visual identification of ID can be done in person in lieu of sending via email)
  • Proof of residency such as tax bill, water bill, internet bill, etc. (if not already registered with Crest Management)
  • Copy of current lease with end date (renters only)
You may email the registration docs to SilverlakeHOA@crest-management.com, drop off at the Silverlake HOA office located at 10100 Broadway St, Ste 110, M-F, 9am-5pm, or bring to the pool when open. The lifeguard in charge of sign-in is authorized to accept your form and verify your proof of identity. Your registration will not be completed without the above items. You will receive a login email from PDK within a few days of registration. Have questions about the amenity app access? A list of Frequently Asked Questions can be found here: Amenity Access App FAQs. Physical amenity cards will not work until they are reactivated. The use of physical amenity cards is NOT necessary once the app is active, so this is an optional step. You can add your card number to the form as well. For those using a physical card at the pool you will still need proof of residency when you sign in each time (app users will already have that info on file).

5. You aren't sure how to use entry devices:
When you get to the pool or tennis courts you will see 2 entry devices. The one that says PDK and has a red light is for the amenity app. Please hold your phone to the device and it will turn green and beep when you have appropriate access (pool only works during pool hours). The device that says IDTECK is for the physical cards. It should also turn green and beep when used. If you experience issues at any entry point, please contact the Silverlake HOA office for assistance.

We are working to make the process to the app-based entry as easy as possible, but we know there will be lots of questions. Please be patient as we navigate this change together and get everyone registered. Please reach out with any questions.

NEW Amenity Access App is LIVE!

The NEW Amenity Access App is LIVE for those registered. If you have not already completed the registration your card will not work until you register and request card reactivation. If you have registered and did not get the email with the link, please email SilverlakeHOA@crest-management.com to have the link resent.

You should receive an email from PDK (Pro Data Key) with a link to download the app. Please only download on the device you plan to use for the amenity access and do not forward the email as each registered email on file gets a unique link.

Didn't get an email to download the app? There could be several reasons for this:
Did you fill out the registration form and return the signed indemnity form?
Did you submit proof of identity via a copy of your ID or visual verification of your ID?
Did you give unique emails for each person registering?
If you submitted all of the information above it is possible a typo happened at some point. Please reach out to the office to update your information.

If you have NOT completed all the steps above, your registration is not complete. Please see the instructions below.

If you only want your card reactivated, the process is the same below. You will still need to submit the form, sign the indemnity form, and submit proof of identity. Just disregard the amenity app email when you receive it.

IF you have NOT registered, Sign up for the NEW Amenity Access App

We are excited to announce that Silverlake is moving to an app-based access for amenity entry! Soon you will be able to use your phone rather than a physical card to enter the pool area and tennis courts. This will eliminate the need for physical cards, BUT cards may still be used in addition to or used instead of the app for the foreseeable future.
