Your association has an agreement, put in place by the developer board, with other associations for joint use of facilities.  Each association, at its sole cost and expense is responsible for the proper maintenance of their facilities.  Usage of the facilities by members of either association is subject to the rules and regulations established by the owning association. 

The Silverlake HOA facilities as stated in this agreement include the following:

• Silverlake HOA swimming pool with restrooms
• Silverlake HOA clubhouse (meeting room)
• Four tennis courts
• Sand pit volleyball court
• Playground equipment and an open play area between the tennis courts and playground

The other association's facilities include the following:

• The lake and related amenities
• Swimming pool and baseball field located on Morgan Road in section 4
• Soccer field and swimming pool located in section 1
• A pocket park located in section 5
